Harper Gerlach litigates employment claims before all federal and state courts and administrative agencies, from trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court. Practice before the FCHR and DOAH: Harper Gerlach has experience in having handled many cases before the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) including the argument of cases before the full commission in Tallahassee.

Under the Florida Civil Rights Act, when the FCHR investigates a charge of discrimination within 180 days, the parties can appeal the FCHR Determination to the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). Harper Gerlach has experience in handling trials and administrative hearings before DOAH Administrative Law Judges.
